クレジットカードなど（Stripe）。購入時にお支払いいただきます。Card and other methods through Stripe, paid at purchase.
引渡しの時期と方法 / Delivery
HD ファイルと動画は、お支払いのあとすぐ（通常は数分）にダウンロードでお届けします。印刷物は注文ごとに制作し、通常 2〜5 営業日で発送します。お届けまでの日数は配送先により異なります。
HD files and videos are delivered as a download right after payment, usually within minutes. Prints are made to order and usually ship in 2 to 5 business days; delivery time depends on the destination.
返品・キャンセル / Returns and cancellations
商品はお客様の写真から 1 点ずつ作るため、お客様のご都合による返品・キャンセルはお受けできません。ファイルが開けない、印刷物が破損・誤って印刷されていた場合は、30 日以内にご連絡ください。作り直すか返金します。
Each item is made from your photos, so we can't take returns or cancellations for a change of mind. If a file doesn't work or a print arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days and we'll remake it or refund you. See the Terms of Service.
